Sampling Systems
A representative sample taken from the process, cooled and depressurised, then conditioned to the temperature, pressure and flow the analysers need — built as an open panel, a rack or an enclosed cabinet.
Five sampling duties
The medium sets the conditioning train. Panels are laid out around the analysers you have standardised on, with the grab points, blowdown and drain routing drawn in from the start.
Steam and Water Analysis (SWAS)
Coolers · pressure reduction · analyser loops
Sample coolers taking the cycle sample down to analyser temperature, thermal shut-off and back pressure regulation, then conductivity, pH, dissolved oxygen, silica and sodium loops as the water chemistry programme requires.
Grab sample points, blowdown and drain routing included.
Liquid Process Sampling
Fast loop · closed loop · bottles
A fast loop drawn off the line and returned to it, with filtration, cooling where the liquid is hot, and a sampling point sized so the operator is not handling more pressure or temperature than necessary.
Open bottle, closed bottle or cylinder collection.
Gas Sampling
Probe · regulation · dew point control
Sample probe into the pipe centre, coalescing filtration, and pressure regulation with heated regulators where the gas must stay above its hydrocarbon dew point, then flow control to the analyser or to sample cylinders.
Heated or ambient enclosures depending on the gas composition.
Sample Coolers and Conditioning Panels
Shell and coil · 316L wetted parts
Shell and coil coolers with the cooling water routing, isolation and temperature indication, supplied on their own panel where sampling points are spread across a plant and only conditioning is needed.
Sized for the sample flow, inlet temperature and the cooling water available.
Sampling Cabinets
Enclosed · climate controlled · walk-up
The same sampling function inside a closed enclosure for outdoor or hazardous locations: stainless cabinet, internal tubing and valving on a mounting plate, heating or cooling, lighting and cable entries.
Free standing, wall mounted or walk-up analyser house configurations.
What is on the panel
Panel scope is fixed against your analyser list and the tie-in conditions before detailed engineering starts. Anything outside it is drawn as a customer interface at the panel edge.
The arrangement drawing — panel layout, tubing schedule, connection positions and utility requirements — is issued for approval before fabrication begins.

Sampling Systems
Sampling systems are quoted from documents, not from a form. Send the sample conditions at the tie-in, the analyser list and the location — that is enough for a scope split and a budget figure.
